Cleared are looking to speak to a NV1 Application Packaging professional for our client a Multinational IT Services company, a leader in enabling the Federal Government's adoption of cloud solutions like Azure and M365. We are excited to offer a rare opportunity for skilled professionals to join their team in Canberra.

All positions require a minimum of NV1 Security Clearance and are based in Canberra.

Application Packager
We have a rare opportunity based out of our clients Canberra office for an Application Packaging professional to join their team of experts.
Key Skills and Experience:

• Extensive knowledge in application packaging, upgrades, and deployments in a large-scale hybrid Windows environment

• Experience packaging applications for Intune and troubleshooting deployment issues

• Proficiency with various packaging technologies, including InstallShield, MSIX, Orca, and application virtualization

• Experience with Windows PowerShell scripting and/or PSAppDeployToolkit

• Understanding of Essential 8 hardening for SOE/MOEs for application troubleshooting

• Experience troubleshooting deployment issues related to AD/Entra ID, Group Policy, Intune configuration profiles, firewalls, whitelisting technologies, etc.

• Continual improvement of customer environments and toolsets, development of SOPs, and enhanced automated processes

• Experience in large-scale 24/7 enterprise environments

• Ability to mentor and support junior team members

• Demonstrated high-level analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Ability to work autonomously

• Leverage enterprise-grade tools, processes, and frameworks to deliver high-quality services and outcomes to clients in accordance with SLAs

Responsibilities:

• Design, create, test, and deploy application packages in a managed desktop environment

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff within the organization and from the client

• Work autonomously to meet agreed-upon client deadlines

• Deliver results in line with company and client policies

Application Requirements:

• Australian Citizenship

• Existing NV1 Security Clearance with the ability to gain and maintain NV2
