DSTG, the Australian Government's leading agency for science and technology support in defense and security, is looking to fill a Business Analyst (BA) position within the Digital Science, Science Computing (DSSC) Team. This team plays a key role in planning, managing, and supporting eResearch services across DST Group. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:

- Proven experience as an ICT Business Analyst

- Comprehensive business analysis skills, including process mapping, process re-engineering, workshop facilitation, and improvement techniques

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

- Strong relationship-building skills at all organizational levels

- Effective client engagement capabilities

- Demonstrated ability to document business requirements

- Experience in assisting clients with developing and documenting both high-level and detailed requirements

- Ability to prepare client proposal documents

- Advanced proficiency in PC applications (Visio, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
