Join the Office of National Intelligence (ONI) as a Cloud Support Officer and contribute to the delivery and support of cloud-based data products and services that enable critical national security outcomes. Working within the Data Branch Product Operations Team, you will support cloud environments, investigate incidents, maintain operational processes and work alongside engineers, architects and product specialists in a collaborative agile environment.

• 12-month initial contract
• 1 x 6-month extension option
• Start date: 6 November 2026
• Barton, ACT
• Predominantly onsite
• 37.5 hours per week
• Active Baseline Clearance required

About the Role

ONI is seeking an experienced Cloud, Data and Product Support Specialist to provide technical and operational support across cloud-based data products and services. You will play a key role in ensuring service reliability, supporting users, resolving incidents and contributing to the continuous improvement of cloud platforms.

This role is ideal for someone with experience supporting cloud applications or cloud services who enjoys troubleshooting, stakeholder engagement and working in a fast-paced operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for cloud data products and services.
• Act as the primary point of contact for user support requests, incident triage and issue resolution.
• Monitor service performance and support operational reliability.
• Investigate and resolve incidents and technical issues.
• Support cloud security, governance and compliance activities.
• Develop and maintain operational documentation, SOPs and knowledge articles.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across cloud services and processes.
• Work collaboratively within an agile product operations team.

Skills & Experience

To be successful, you will have:

• Minimum 3 years' experience supporting cloud-based applications, products or services in a complex enterprise environment.
• Experience in cloud support, incident management, troubleshooting and operational support.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience working within agile delivery environments.
• AWS Cloud Practitioner certification, training or equivalent foundational AWS knowledge.
• Experience supporting cloud data platforms or cloud product environments (highly desirable).
• Previous government experience (advantageous).
