Location: Canberra, ACT (On-site only)
Clearance Required: TSPV (Top Secret Positive Vetting)
Contract Duration: Initial 12 months with 2 x 12-month extension options

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking highly organised and security-cleared professionals to provide executive and administrative support across a dynamic and high-priority environment within a National Intelligence Community agency. These roles are critical to enabling business areas to focus on strategic objectives by reducing operational friction and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.

Successful candidates will work on-site in Canberra and contribute to a range of functions including administration, communications, people services, compliance, data management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-level executive and administrative support across multiple business areas
• Manage correspondence, scheduling, and coordination of meetings and briefings
• Support internal communications and stakeholder engagement activities
• Assist with HR-related tasks, onboarding, and people services coordination
• Maintain compliance records and support audit readiness
• Contribute to data entry, reporting, and document management
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
