Cleared Recruitment are seeking an Installation Manager to join one of our Defence Clients based in Sydney or Western Australia

The Installation Manager will be responsible for the following duties:

- Oversee and enhance the Installation Plan, change, and release processes to improve the end-user experience.

- Develop schedules for system builds and installations on Navy platforms.

- Ensure the efficiency of the installation program by identifying and implementing improvements to support the FIE.

- Collaborate with project teams, Navy personnel, In-Service Support Contractors (ISSC), Systems Program Offices (SPO), and Support elements during installations.

- Chair the Platform Integration Working Groups and prepare related minutes.

- Lead the eCCPB class installation program and provide support for the OPV program.

- Assist in creating and reviewing installation components of various plans and schedules, including:

- Installation Plans

- Schedules and communication artifacts

- Transport and Logistics Plans

- Transition into Service Plan

- Risk Management Plan and risk assessments

- Procurement processes

- Report to WSO leadership during installations.

- Contribute to delivery team meetings and other relevant reviews and meetings.

- Coordinate and liaise with other relevant Defence parties and functions.

**Required Skills and Experience**

• Essential - Experience working on a large ICT project within Defence

• Essential - Installation and IT Project Management experience in the delivery and support to Defence.

• Essential - Previous Navy experience on installation and transition

• Experience working with SPOs and familiarity of the processes involved in delivering capability to Navy.

• Minimum 3 years' experience in the Defence

• Microsoft Project

• Attention to detail, with ability to produce clear, concise

• Ability to adapt to fast paced

• Disciplined to work alone and part of a small

• Proven stakeholder and relationship management

**Desirable Skills and Experience**

• Experience with the SEA2273 project and ICT

• Defence background g. ex-military or APS member.

• Confidence and ability to take charge of multi-disciplinary

• eCCPB and OPV class
