Job Description
This is an entry-level infrastructure role with real depth.
You'll support the design, build, and ongoing operation of network environments across secure systems. It's hands-on from day one, with the opportunity to learn from experienced engineers and step into more complex work over time.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in building and deploying new network environments
- Maintain and support existing LAN and WAN infrastructure
- Troubleshoot network issues under guidance
- Monitor system performance and flag improvements
- Install and configure hardware, software, and network components
- Follow standard procedures for system installation, testing, and documentation
- Support system upgrades, maintenance, and operational tasks
Education / Certifications required
- Relevant qualification in IT, Networking, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Knowledge / Skills required
Core capability (SFIA Level 3 equivalent):
- Infrastructure support: build, configure, maintain, and monitor systems
- Exposure to network environments (LAN/WAN)
- Structured troubleshooting and fault resolution
- Familiarity with installation, removal, and testing of systems
- Basic scripting or automation (desirable, not essential)
Experience:
- Around 1-3 years in network, systems, or infrastructure support
- Comfortable working in controlled, process-driven environments
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
