We're currently looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join a collaborative and close-knit team working on meaningful projects that make a real impact.

This role is perfect for someone who's confident facilitating Agile ceremonies, coaching teams, and helping drive continuous improvement. You'll be working closely with product owners and development teams to keep things moving smoothly and ensure delivery stays on track.

About your new role:
You'll be joining a global leader in science and technology solutions, working across defence, intelligence, civil, and health sectors. By combining advanced technology, deep engineering expertise, and a strong mission focus, they create solutions that truly make an impact.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Removing blockers and helping the team stay focused
  • Tracking progress and communicating updates to stakeholders
  • Supporting Agile best practices and fostering a positive team culture

What we're looking for:

  • Certified Scrum Master or similar Agile certification
  • Strong communication and team leadership skills
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile delivery environments
  • A proactive mindset and a passion for helping teams succeed

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with government or enterprise projects
  • Familiarity with RFTs, tenders, and bid processes
  • This role requires Australian Citizenship and an active TSPV clearance.

Why you'll love it here:

  • Accrue up to 12 extra days of leave per year through our Life Days program
  • Be part of a certified Family Friendly workplace
  • Work with cutting-edge tech and a team that values inclusion, flexibility, and growth
