  • Perform additional operational or technical support tasks as required.

About You

Our ideal candidate will have a proactive, customer-centric mindset and thrive in a dynamic, mission-focused environment. You'll be adaptable, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

You will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience providing Level 1-2 ICT support within a service desk environment.

  • Strong incident management and problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and experience with ticketing and knowledge management systems.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • The ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Security Requirements

Applicants should be prepared to discuss areas such as personal values, relationships, financial circumstances, and lifestyle factors as part of this process.

Why Apply

  • Work on mission-critical systems supporting Australia's national security.

  • Join a collaborative, high-performing team within the Defence sector.
