Service Now Consultants

Cleared Recruitment is seeking four experienced ServiceNow Senior Consultants to join a high-impact citizen-facing transformation program. This project is driving critical improvements in service delivery, working directly with government customers to implement and enhance ServiceNow solutions.

Location: Anywhere in Australia (Remote)
Security Clearance: Baseline Clearance (Mandatory)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: Until June 2025 (Extension to Dec 2025 Likely)
Key Responsibilities
ServiceNow Development & Customisation

• Develop and configure custom workflows, scripting solutions, and business rules.
• Leverage Flow Designer, UI Builder, and App Engine to enhance functionality.
• Implement front-end scripts for user experience improvements.
• Work on integrations with external systems using ServiceNow's native tools.

Project Collaboration & Delivery

• Collaborate with a high-performance team of 10 consultants, alongside Architects, BAs, and Principal Consultants (CMAs & CTAs).
• Drive transformational ServiceNow implementations that directly impact citizens.
• Work closely with stakeholders to optimise ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs.

About You
Essential Skills & Experience:

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow development and scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, App Engine, Integration, UI Builder, Business Rules, and Front-End Scripts.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-impact environments with structured guidance from senior team members.
