Security Clearance: Must hold Baseline or NV1 clearance
Location of work: Canberra, Melbourne, Adelaide

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure software across diverse technical domains while analysing and developing technical requirements.
• Design and develop application modules, workflows, and Service Catalog requests for clients.
• Define technical scope and offer technical advisory services to clients during ServiceNow implementation.
• Establish and maintain product implementation roadmaps, providing hands-on assistance with detailed design and implementation strategies.
• Conduct unit testing, resolve issues, and support production changes.

Requirements:

• Proficient in ServiceNow Workflow, Customer Service Management portal, and Integration Hub.
• Skilled in relationship management, workshop facilitation, and translating business requirements into ServiceNow functionalities, aiming for exceptional service delivery.
• Specialized in one or more of these ServiceNow applications: ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HR, IRM.
• Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills while promoting service excellence through Agile methodology.
• Possession of ServiceNow certifications
