System Administrator

TSPV System Administrator | Canberra | Defence Projects

Cleared Recruitment is partnering with a global IT services leader delivering secure capability across classified Defence environments.

We are seeking experienced TSPV-cleared System Administrators to support the management and sustainment of complex ICT systems based in Canberra. You'll work alongside a high-performing team maintaining critical infrastructure supporting national security outcomes.

• 
  Provide Level 2/3 support across Windows and/or Linux environments
• 
  Monitor and maintain secure on-prem systems and virtual platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)
• 
  Patch, harden, and troubleshoot across server infrastructure
• 
  Automate workflows using PowerShell, Bash, or Perl
• 
  Maintain Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOs, and SCCM
• 
  Collaborate with cyber teams to uphold Essential Eight and ISM standards
• 
  Produce detailed documentation for technical and security purposes

• 
  Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise or secure ICT environments
• 
  Proven skills in system administration, fault resolution, and performance tuning
• 
  Exposure to infrastructure automation and virtualisation
• 
  Strong knowledge of secure system configuration and audit compliance
• 
  Effective communicator with strong documentation skills

• 
  Must already hold an active TSPV security clearance
• 
  Australian Citizenship is mandatory
• 
  This role is based in a secure Defence environment, and only candidates with existing clearance can be considered
