About the Role
Cleared are seeking an experienced TSPV Technical Change Coordinator to support a leading national security agency on a major digital transformation program based in Canberra. This role sits within the Digital and Data Division, supporting a range of ICT projects that directly contribute to Australia's national security mission.
The Change Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating technical changes across complex ICT systems and services, ensuring minimal disruption to operations while maintaining alignment with change management processes and frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with stakeholders to communicate the intent, impact, and risks of proposed technical changes.
Schedule and document changes in the official change calendar, ensuring accurate record keeping.
Prepare and distribute technical change plans and readiness steps to relevant teams and stakeholders.
Monitor change execution, validate successful implementation, and manage escalations as needed.
Support post-implementation reviews, capturing lessons learned and driving continuous improvement in change processes.
Skills & Experience Required
Strong understanding of ITIL and established Change Management frameworks (familiarity with DCAM advantageous).
Experience coordinating changes within complex ICT environments.
Awareness of Incident and Problem Management practices.
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication skills for engaging with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience contributing to post-implementation reviews and improvement initiatives.
SFIA Level
This role aligns to SFIA Level of Responsibility 4 or equivalent.

Clearance Requirements
TSPV clearance is strongly preferred.
Candidates with NV2 clearance may also be considered for certain roles.

Due to the nature of this role within the Defence sector, you must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident. Australian citizenship will be required for future security clearance sponsorship.
