Job Description
We are seeking a Cybersecurity Support Engineer to join a high-performing technical support team. This role suits a skilled professional with a strong background in network security and customer engagement. You will provide advanced technical assistance, resolve complex issues, and ensure client satisfaction through expert guidance and support.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver high-level technical support for security products including firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint protection
• Diagnose and resolve complex network and security issues
• Collaborate with internal escalation teams to ensure timely resolution
• Maintain accurate case documentation and follow-up procedures
• Provide remote support and technical guidance to clients and partners
• Contribute to internal knowledge bases and technical documentation
• Stay current with product developments and cybersecurity trends

Education/Certifications required

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
• Industry certifications such as NSE, CCNA, CCNP, or CISSP (preferred)

Knowledge/Skills required

• Strong understanding of networking protocols and cybersecurity technologies
• Background working within telecommunications or security industry
• Good knowledge of OSI model and TCP/IP protocols
• Experience working with firewalls, bonus if you have Fortinet experience
• Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade security solutions
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Familiarity with support ticketing systems and service workflows
