Cybersecurity Support Engineer (NV2) - Sydney/Canberra

What you'll do:

• Provide expert technical support via phone, chat, web, and on-site

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network and security issues

• Reproduce customer environments in the lab to test solutions

• Collaborate with Engineering and Development teams on product issues

• Support Professional Services projects including deployment and troubleshooting

• Produce technical documentation, knowledge articles, and reports

What we're looking for:

• NV2 clearance (essential)

• Networking, security, or telecommunications experience

• Hands-on with Windows, Unix/Linux, firewalls, IPS, authentication methods

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Bonus: NSE4/NSE7, CCNA/CCNP, CISSP, SQL/database knowledge
