ICT System Administrator

The System Administrator is responsible for performing and achieving moderately complex systems administration work within Identity and Access Management systems. The System Administrator will work collaboratively with IAM technical leaders, team members and engage stakeholders on multiple projects and contribute to business objectives.

Security Clearance: Must hold TSPV clearance
Location of work: Canberra

Skills and Knowledge

• Knowledge of MS Active Directory and programming concepts considered advantageous
• Knowledge and experience of Multifactor Authentication concepts, implementation and delivery considered advantageous 2.
• Knowledge of LDAP and programming concepts considered advantageous.
• Understanding of software development, methodologies, through to deployment considered advantageous.

Major Responsibilities:

• Provide ICT system administration for ICT systems, specifically focussing on enterprise identity and access management systems.
• Provide second and third level support to resolve break-fix and service request tickets, in consultation with stakeholders and line management.
• Provide Identity and access management consultation and technical assistance for ICT projects and support within the team.
• With guidance, contribute to a technical solution by testing and supporting work packages leading to deliverables which achieve identity objectives.
