Junior to Senior Systems Engineers

We have several roles available in the Systems Engineering space across Test and Evaluation, V&V, and Requirements Management for Defence Industry across permanent and contract employment and have a variety of clients to chose from who are ready to hire!
Those with the above experience, based in Canberra and have a current or reinstatable Baseline or above level clearance are encouraged to apply!

We are working with a wide range of communications, C4i, naval combat and counter measures SME's and Primes in the Canberra area with roles from junior to senior level (1 - 4).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a Commonwealth multi-skilled test team delivering an enterprise API Management (APIM) capability across Defence systems and environments.
• Provide T&E oversight, governance, and alignment with Defence architectural, security, and technical standards.
• Translate high-level program objectives into actionable test plans incorporating risk, issue, and dependency management.
• Enforce design, system and specifications as required
• Establishing test plans & procedures and test analysis
• Implementation, integration, verification and validation
• System definition/high level, preliminary and detailed design
• Provide requirements analysis and management with the use of software management tools such as; DOORs and/or UML.
• System configuration and integration, troubleshooting and fault identification, support in analysing technical risks/opportunities and developing contingency plans
• System installation, deployment, configuration, and integration

About You

• 1 - 10+ year's experience as a Systems Engineer or in lead positions
• Engineering Degree in either of the following disciplines; Electrical, Communications, Electronics, Mechatronics, Software and/or Hardware
• Experience in systems architecture, design & development and test & evaluation
• Australian Citizenship essential; current or reinstatable clearance required (NV1 preferred)
• Defence industry experience desirable
