If you thrive on solving complex technical challenges and building strong customer relationships, this Network Trooubleshooting Specialist position in Canberra could be your next big move.


What you'll do:

• Be the primary contact for your accounts, managing issues from start to finish
• Troubleshoot and resolve network/security problems with speed and clarity
• Recreate customer environments in lab settings to test and validate solutions
• Work closely with R&D, sales, and regional support teams to drive product improvements
• Mentor junior Technical Account Managers and share best practices
• Conduct periodic site visits and ensure customers get the guidance they need

What you bring:

• Experience in networking or security technical support, ideally in telco or large enterprise
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and security products like firewalls, IPS/IDS, IPsec, anti-spam
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication (oral and written)

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field, or an equivalent combination of training and experience is desirable.

Desirable Qualifications:

• CCNA/CCNP/CCIE/CISSP, system integration experience, scripting skills, or data centre exposure
