About Your New Role
The organisation works across multiple Government agencies, managing large-scale programs and technology initiatives. Staff collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver outcomes that support national interests, innovation, and service improvement.

You will join a client service-driven ICT division delivering high-quality, fit-for-purpose technology solutions. The division manages complex, high-value, high-risk ICT programs and multi-year digital transformation initiatives.

We are seeking experienced Organisational Change Management (OCM) Officers to drive change management activities on a transformational program. You will identify, develop, coordinate, and deliver end-to-end change strategies to support technology initiatives, building alignment, managing expectations, and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

As an Organisational Change Manager, you will:

• Design and undertake stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and business readiness assessments
• Conduct detailed change impact assessments to identify potential impacts of technology projects on business areas, processes, and systems
• Develop and implement change and communications programs for major projects and initiatives
• Monitor, assess, and assure change readiness; identify emerging stakeholder issues; and recommend options and solutions to ensure success
• Engage and coordinate with key stakeholders to drive awareness, gain buy-in, and maintain engagement throughout the project lifecycle
• Work closely with training, learning, and development teams to support learning and capability uplift
• Support benefits realisation by fostering behavioural and process changes to achieve project outcomes

Note: Organisational Change Managers must hold and maintain a TSPV or TSPA clearance throughout the course of this work.
