Job Specific role description
The Data and Service Delivery Governance Branch within DFAT's Information Management and Technology Division has a requirement for multiple ICT Portfolio, Programme and Project Support Officers to support delivery, management and governance of various ICT projects. Duties are diverse and will include engagement with multiple divisions across DFAT to support the delivery of various projects.

The ICT Contracts and Asset Management Section within the ICT Strategy and Investment Management Branch of DFAT's Information Management and Technology Division has a requirement for up to (2x) labour hire resources to fill the role of ICT Contracts Administrator.

Job Specific role description

• Work as a part of a team of procurement and contract management staff to ensure delivery of high-quality outputs and outcomes as part of delivery of ICT contract management and procurement services to the Department.
• Performing ICT procurement and contract management-related administrative duties, including invoicing review, correspondence, reporting, records management, and scheduling meetings.
• Developing and maintaining strong internal & external working relationships
• Demonstrated high level of written and verbal communication, organisation and administration skills.
