Cleared ICT are currently supporting agencies within the national intelligence space, who are looking to engage TSPV resources for long term contract positions in Canberra.

The Role:
The Project Coordinator will work closely with project team members, managers and leads to deliver technical Information Communications and Technology (ICT) projects.
The Project Coordinator will plan, direct, and co-ordinate activities to manage and implement a programme from contract /proposal initiation to final operational stage including the transition into "business-as-usual" whilst monitoring project progress. The successful candidate will be required to work cohesively and communicate effectively with other project team staff and stakeholder groups.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Demonstrated experience in the management of project governance board engagements.
  • Previous knowledge of, or experience with, DEF Major Projects would be highly regarded.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Identify, plan and co-ordinate related Information Communications and Technology (ICT) Projects within the CCRPM Programme of work.
  • Monitor project progress and create project status reports for project managers and stakeholders.
  • Manage and coordinate resource scheduling and assignment of projects
  • Manage Project interdependencies within the Programme of work in support of CCRPM strategies and objectives.
  • Plan, direct, co-ordinate and manage effective administration of document and information distribution, report collation and communication support including monthly reporting.
  • Ensure that the CCRPM Programme of work are managed to realise business benefits and that programme management is informed by an awareness of current technical and policy developments
  • Provide support to project management staff and Management when required

Due to the nature of the work, you will need to hold a current or inactive TSPV Clearance. This is non-negotiable. Canberra based, with limited travel required within Australia.
