Cleared Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver high-impact government and defence projects for a world-renowned provider of satellite communication services that delivers mission-critical connectivity solutions that support national security, emergency response, and remote operations.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Defence, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of government projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and manage project delivery plans, budgets, and documentation.
  • Provide clear, customer-focused reporting on project status, risks, and resource utilisation.
  • Engage and manage stakeholders across Defence, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Ensure contractual deliverables are met on time and to specification.
  • Support bids and tenders with Project Management Plans.
  • Travel interstate as required to support project delivery.


About You:

  • Proven experience delivering projects for Defence or Government clients.
  • Strong background in PMBoK or PRINCE2 methodologies.
  • Skilled in budget forecasting, scheduling, and procurement.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Project).
  • Australian Citizenship is essential.
  • Must hold a Baseline Security Clearance at minimum; NV1 or higher strongly preferred.
  • Valid Australian driver's licence and passport required.
