Salesforce Technical Solution Lead

Cleared Recruitment is supporting a global professional services firm seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Lead to design and build enterprise-level integration solutions, prepare technical documentation, lead a team of developers, and present solutions to governance forums.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of software solutions to meet business needs.
• Develop system specifications and interfaces for complex components.
• Guide the application design delivery, ensuring effective communication with development teams.
• Proven experience in configuring Salesforce and building/ modifying custom objects, flows, and permission sets.
• Advanced proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Knowledge and experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Experience with version control and advanced CI/CD tooling.
• Previous experience with public sector solutions will be highly regarded.

Demonstrated experience in:

• Designing and building enterprise-level integration solutions.
• Designing and implementing integrations between Salesforce and other systems.
• Leading a team of technical developers.
• Preparing technical design documentation and presenting to design governance forums.
• Building data models to meet business requirements.
• Tracking and managing tasks using Agile, Kanban, or Scrum frameworks.

Location
