About the Organisation, Team, and Role
We are seeking experienced Senior Business Analysts to support high-impact technology programs across Federal Government agencies.

You will join a client service-driven ICT division delivering high-quality, fit-for-purpose technology solutions. The division manages complex, high-value, high-risk ICT programs and multi-year digital transformation initiatives.

In this role, you will work independently to apply business analysis skills to multiple projects, including:

• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand current and future state business systems and processes
• Gathering and documenting requirements using departmental templates
• Taking a user-centred design approach to developing business analysis artefacts

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyse and model business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement
• Develop business process models, roadmaps, and implementation plans, and communicate improvements to stakeholders
• Collaborate with data analysts and data scientists to leverage data for process improvements and decision-making
• Gather and document stakeholder requirements, translating them into clear specifications for development teams
• Compile and present data, reports, and recommendations to stakeholders and executives
• Create data models, process diagrams, and wireframes to visualise potential solutions
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication
• Work closely with subject matter experts, product owners, change managers, architects, developers, testers, and trainers to design and deliver solutions
