Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Engineer to support, maintain, and enhance a secure cloud and on?premises ICT environment. The role requires strong technical capability across Azure cloud services, hybrid infrastructure, and enterprise platforms. The successful candidate will work closely with multidisciplinary teams including network, storage, platforms, backups, and unified communications, while providing expert technical advice and contributing to the delivery of technology initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Contribute to the technical resolution of cloud and infrastructure incidents and problems
• Provide Azure cloud expertise across IaaS, PaaS, identity, security, and automation
• Support hybrid environments integrating Azure with on?premises infrastructure
• Produce and review technical documentation including architectures, designs, as built documentation, and operating procedures
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships including executives, business representatives, project managers, and technical teams
• Configure and maintain Azure resources including virtual machines, storage, networking, monitoring, and security controls
• Support Microsoft 365 and cloud based collaboration services
• Implement and maintain email and unified communications technologies
• Perform configuration and installation of server hardware, operating systems, and third?party products
• Complete a diverse range of technical tasks within a secure environment
• Work as part of a high functioning, multi skilled team
• Perform other duties as directed

Education/Certifications required

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline desirable
• Azure certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-305, or equivalent highly regarded

Knowledge/Skills required

• Strong experience with Azure cloud services including compute, storage, networking, identity, and security
• Demonstrated capability in incident and problem management within complex ICT environments
• Experience with hybrid cloud environments and integration with on-premises systems
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and cloud security practices
• Experience across infrastructure domains such as network, storage, platforms, backups, or unified communications
• Strong documentation and technical writing skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across technical teams and business stakeholders
• Adaptability and strong generalist technical capability within secure environments
