Cleared is currently supporting Defence and are looking to speak to a NV2 System Engineer Field Service Specialist who is based in Canberra.

We are looking for the successful Candidate to start ASAP for a 12-month contract with 2 x 12-month contract extensions!

Requirements:

• (i). The delivery and support of End User Computing and Desktop Virtualisation components of the BICES platform.
• (ii). Contributes to the writing of detailed designs and Technical Implementation Instructions.
• (iii). Work closely with the Lead Solution Architect and Change Manager to progress technical changes though the Defence change process; (iv). Assist the Business analyst and Technical Writer to complete and/or review technical support artefacts and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); and
• (v). Any other tasks reasonably requested by the program.
