We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest from TSPV-cleared ICT professionals based in Canberra for upcoming and ongoing opportunities within a secure Federal Government environment.

Roles of Interest

We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with experience in the following areas:

Windows System Administrators

• Windows Server administration (2016/2019/2022)

• Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP

• Patch management, system monitoring and troubleshooting

• Security hardening and compliance within classified environments

Infrastructure Engineers

• Design, implementation, and support of enterprise ICT infrastructure

• Active Directory and identity services

• Windows Server platforms and core services (DNS, DHCP, PKI)

• Virtualisation technologies (VMware / Hyper-V)

• Storage and backup solutions

• Automation and scripting (PowerShell)

• Infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and system integrations

• Experience in Defence or Federal Government environments highly regarded

Service Desk Professionals

• Level 1-2 support experience

• Incident, request, and problem management

• Strong customer service skills in secure environments

• Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar)

• Ability to support end users in classified settings

Security Requirements

• Current TSPV clearance (mandatory)

• Australian citizenship

• Ability to work onsite in Canberra
