Project Managers

• Responsible for governance, risk management, program coordination, scheduling, worklist management, and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) tracking, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.

Business Analysts

• Analyse business needs and requirements, translating them into actionable insights and solutions. They collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes, enhance system functionality, and support decision-making.

Project Support Officers

• Provide administrative and logistical support to project teams, assisting with documentation, scheduling, communication, and reporting to ensure smooth project operations and adherence to timelines.
