Workplace Services Manager

Cleared is collaborating with a leading global professional services firm to find a dedicated Workplace Services Manager based in their Canberra offices.

The Workplace Services Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operational management of the office environment. This includes ensuring the smooth operation of building security, mail and print services, and overall facilities management, while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.

Building strong relationships with external parties like landlords, building management, and contractors, as well as key internal stakeholders such as the State Chair, IT Services, Protective Security Officers, and the local PA/EA network, is crucial for success in this role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a planned preventative maintenance program.
  • Overseeing monthly financial budgeting and reporting.
  • Project managing small to medium workplace upgrades and office relocations.
  • Ensuring efficient resolution of operational requests from employees.
  • Supporting the Premises Recovery Plan and participating in emergency and first aid teams.
  • Supervising, training, and motivating staff effectively.
