Job Description
We are seeking an Azure Solution Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft technologies to join a high-performing and expanding team. In this role, you will work closely with Account Executives, vendors and customers to design, migrate and build Azure infrastructure. You will engage directly with clients to understand their business needs, architect tailored solutions, and develop compelling proposals that demonstrate clear value.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Teams to identify and qualify business opportunities
• Engage with customers to understand strategic objectives and technical requirements
• Design and present Microsoft-based solutions across Modern Work, Azure and M365
• Develop proposals, RFx responses and pricing models aligned to customer needs
• Contribute to the development of national go-to-market offerings
• Maintain up-to-date expertise in Microsoft technologies and competing platforms
• Participate in post-sales activities including customer and vendor events
• Maintain relevant certifications and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Education/Certifications Required

• Relevant Microsoft certifications across Modern Work, Azure and M365 - Required
• Tertiary qualifications in IT, Business or related field - Desirable

Knowledge/Skills Required

• Proven experience in solution architecture specifically in on-prem to cloud migration programs
• Strong capability in estimating effort, building cost models and Work Breakdown Structures
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft technologies including any of the following:
  • Modern Workplace: Intune, Windows 11, Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, MDM/MAM
  • Azure: Entra ID, IaaS Compute/Networking/Storage, Security, Azure Backup
  • M365: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, CoPilot for M365
• High-level understanding of Microsoft licensing and security offerings
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience presenting solutions to customers across all organisational levels
