Job Description
Seeking Cyber Security Engineers across multiple levels to join a technically skilled and forward-thinking team. You will design, implement and assess security features across applications and infrastructure, helping to safeguard critical defence capabilities. This role offers opportunities to grow, mentor and lead in a high-impact environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure features, protocols and architectures
• Conduct threat modelling, risk assessments and penetration testing
• Embed security-by-design throughout the software development lifecycle
• Lead or support incident response and ensure compliance with recognised standards
• For senior roles: mentor team members and contribute to strategic initiatives

Education/Certifications required

• Tertiary or Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field; or equivalent experience

Knowledge/Skills required

• Proven experience in secure software and infrastructure design
• Strong skills in threat modelling, risk assessment and vulnerability testing
• Familiarity with recognised security standards (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST)
• Ability to collaborate and communicate complex ideas clearly
• Proactive mindset with commitment to continuous learning
• For senior roles: leadership capability and strategic insight
