About the role

Reporting to the Team Leader, the position is responsible for undertaking service and maintenance of underwater monitoring systems and rescue capability for the Australian Navy and offshore capabilty.
We're looking for a passionate technically minded professional who has an eye for detail and works diligently to ensure the quality of critical life support equipment. Diving experience is not essential, and the role does not involve any diving responsibilities.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Mechanical/Electrical trade qualified (desired).
- Experience in servicing hyperbaric systems, breathing apparatus (commercial or diving equipment), or working within aviation or marine safety equipment maintenance environments is desirable but not essential for success in this role
- Computer literate - basic knowledge of MS Office suite
- Ability to gain security access to AUS Defence establishments, hold a police clearance and gain required security clearance.
