Role Location/s: Canberra only. No work from home.

Role Description:

The Exchange and Enterprise Vault (EV) administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration and support for Exchange and EV.

Tasks would include the monitoring of Exchange and EV servers in several environments, server patching, server resource monitoring and level 3 client support/issue resolution. This role sits within Collaboration Branch and provides critical messaging infrastructure and support to all users in the Department, with some support for external agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor Exchange and EV servers in several environments.
• Apply Security Updates.
• Level 2/3 client support.
• Resolve technical issues.
• Monitor server resources.
• Server WSUS patching where applicable.

Desirable Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in a technology field
• Relevant Exchange and Enterprise Vault qualification / experience.

Required Knowledge/Experience and tools

• 3+ years Exchange experience.
• 3+ years Enterprise Vault experience
• Enterprise Vault SQL related knowledge.
• PowerShell scripting expertise.
• Expert knowledge of Exchange 2019 and Enterprise Vault 15.
