Job Description
This consulting‑focused role requires a trusted advisor who can lead the design and delivery of enterprise IDAM solutions in complex brownfields environments. You will drive business change and technology implementations from both technical and business perspectives, navigating complex stakeholder landscapes and aligning outcomes to organisational strategy.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation and delivery of enterprise Identity Management solutions, ensuring operational readiness from day one.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on Identity Management and broader cyber capabilities, solving business problems with fit‑for‑purpose technology.
  • Direct and guide specialised technical teams to deliver solutions aligned with organisational strategy.
  • Navigate complex stakeholder environments, negotiate across teams and drive consensus to achieve outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Solution and Enterprise Architecture teams to shape future direction and maintain identity and cyber tooling roadmaps.
  • Specify procurements and lead technical evaluation and selection of tools.
  • Balance incident response demands with project milestones to maintain delivery momentum.
  • Uplift organisational capability across cloud, architecture and transition‑to‑service domains.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Education/Certifications required

  • Demonstrated experience leading IDAM implementations using modern COTS solutions.

Knowledge/Skills required

  • Strong background across cyber security, cloud, on‑premises infrastructure, procurement and policy.
  • Experience running operational teams in cyber security and/or identity management.
  • Deep understanding of secure government environments and cloud technologies.
  • Ability to drive business change and deliver technology implementations from both a business and technical perspective.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
  • Experience working with enterprise architecture frameworks and contributing to strategic roadmap development.
  • Ability to specify technical requirements and lead procurement evaluation processes.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering solutions in politically complex environments.
