Cleared Recruitment are seeking an experienced ICT Master Scheduler to support the successful delivery of complex ICT infrastructure projects within a high-profile federal government environment.

Location: Canberra, ACT (Hybrid)
Contract Duration: Until 30 June 2026, with up to 2 x 12-month extensions
Clearance Required: Baseline
Closing Date: Wednesday 08 October 2025

This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong background in program-level scheduling, resource planning, and stakeholder engagement.

You'll play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining a consolidated branch-level master schedule, identifying interdependencies, managing risks, and providing forward-looking insights to support executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a deconflicted, integrated master schedule across all approved and pipeline projects.
• Schedule key milestones, delivery phases, and interdependencies.
• Integrate workforce availability and capacity data into project timelines.
• Identify and monitor cross-project risks and overlaps.
• Support project sequencing and prioritisation of key tasks.
• Produce executive-ready reporting outputs including Gantt charts, milestone views, and heat maps.
• Develop scheduling toolkits and templates and deliver walkthroughs to project teams.
• Ensure knowledge transfer and documentation in line with departmental policies.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in ICT infrastructure project environments.
• Demonstrated experience in developing integrated program-level schedules.
• Proven ability to incorporate workforce capacity and constraints into scheduling.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across technical, project, and governance teams.

Desirable:

• Experience delivering branch-level master schedules and project sequencing.
• Background in ICT infrastructure environments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with executive stakeholders and technical teams.

Technical Proficiency

• Data analysis
• ICT workforce planning

Working Arrangements

• Full-time, hybrid role based in Canberra.
• Initial 3 months on-site full-time to gain familiarity with the ICT landscape.
• Ongoing requirement to be on-site at least 3 days per week.
• Remote work costs are the contractor's responsibility.
