Spray Painter

Are you a skilled Spray Painter with an eye for detail and pride in delivering high-quality finishes? Join a leading defence and industrial manufacturer where your craftsmanship and precision will make an impact.

What you'll be doing:

• Preparing, painting, and finishing components and assemblies to a high commercial/industrial standard.

• Applying spray paint with accuracy to meet colour, consistency, and finish specifications.

• Inspecting surfaces, identifying defects, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

• Maintaining and calibrating spray equipment and tools.

• Supporting prototype and product development activities.

• Contributing to process improvement and maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient workspace.

What we're looking for:

• Trade qualification or tertiary certification in Spray Painting.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in automotive, industrial, defence, or commercial spray-painting environments.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Good communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Desirable:

• Experience with Cerakote coatings.

• Ability to obtain (or hold) Security Clearance.

• Australian Citizenship.
