    Job Description
    We are seeking a Systems Engineer - Service Delivery to support integrated Aerodrome Digital Tower systems deployed across multiple airports. As these systems transition into operational support, this role will be critical in ensuring system performance, rapid issue resolution and high customer satisfaction.
    The position serves as the first point of contact for technical service issues, providing hands-on investigation, analysis and resolution across hardware, software, networking and system integration components. The role also contributes to system improvements, documentation, testing and collaboration with global product teams.

    Duties and Responsibilities
    * Respond to technical enquiries, error reports and service issues within agreed response times
    * Act as the primary technical contact for customers throughout system lifecycles
    * Capture, analyse and resolve incidents and problems
    * Coordinate and conduct error analysis and remediation activities
    * Assist customers with system operation, configuration and service queries
    * Design, plan and execute system changes, extensions and integrations
    * Perform system audits and acceptance testing
    * Conduct system tests in lab environments and at customer sites
    * Collaborate with Product Management and development teams to improve products
    * Draft and update technical documentation, including system and interface details
    * Travel to customer sites and to global headquarters in Vienna for training

    Education/Certifications Required
    * bachelor's degree in engineering, Communications, Software, IT or related discipline

    Knowledge/Skills Required
    * Minimum 5 years' hardware and software support experience in mission-critical environments
    * Experience with defect investigation, analysis and resolution in customer environments
    * Familiarity with ticketing tools such as Jira or ServiceNow
    * Experience with surveillance-based command and control systems (ATM, Rail, C2)
    * Understanding of Air Traffic Management functions
    * Experience working under government frameworks (e.g. ASDEFCON)
    * Technical capability across:
    - Software deployment systems
    - Linux (RedHat), PostgreSQL, MS SQL, Oracle
    - Networking (Cisco configuration, network administration)
    - VoIP (SIP, RTP)
    - Virtualisation (VMWare, ESXi)
    - Network monitoring (Zabbix, WuG)
    - Logging (Rsyslog), Wireshark
    - Containerisation (Docker)
    - Elasticsearch log analysis
