Technical Trainers

Have you recently transitioned from Defence or worked in a defence secure environment and provided training and development to our operators? Well I need you!(well ADF needs you but still I do too!)
I have 2x open positions available for Technical Trainers to provide training packages, deliverables, testing and configuration and general work package support for key customers and end-users for the next gen Defence intel program.
1x Trainer in Canberra (HQJOC) and must have a TSPV or at very least NV2 with option to upgrade and 1x Trainer in Adelaide (various military bases) with NV1 or NV2.
Ex-technicians from ADF or Combat operators are encouraged to apply.

Location(s): Canberra and Adelaide

Clearance: Canberra - TSPV, Adelaide - NV1/NV2

Role and Responsibilities:

• Analyse workforce models
• Analyse and model learning pathways
• Review training analysis documentation
• Develop gap analysis statement
• Develop modular Learning Management Packages (LMPs)
• Develop feasibility analysis report
• Develop mapping tool to support implementation and management of exported training
• Develop User Requirement for training skills mapping system
• Travel to various military bases for package delivery and training assessment support

Experience/Qualifications:

• Ideally vocational certificate in a trade qualification but not essential as experience is more highly regarded
• Ability to work closely with military personnel and understand end user requirements
• Work as an effective team player and guide those around you
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Minimum 3 - 6 years ADF service or have worked in the Defence industry providing civilian training support to Defence personnel
• Must have a current clearance (location dependant as per above)
