What You'll Do:

• Design and develop innovative software solutions to solve complex, real-world challenges
• Lead or collaborate in agile story mapping, sprint planning, and estimation
• Support Continuous Integration (CI) processes and DevOps pipelines
• Contribute to the integration and deployment of advanced systems using SecDevOps practices
• Enhance user experiences through modern UI/UX development
• Explore, research, and prototype new tools and technologies to continuously improve system performance and capability

What We're Looking For:

You are a skilled and motivated Software Engineer with a passion for secure, mission-focused systems and experience working in agile teams. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy finding elegant solutions to technical problems.
Requirements:

• Current TSPV security clearance (mandatory)
• 2+ years of professional experience in software development
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Desirable Experience with:

• RESTful APIs and system integration (JSON, XML)
• Open source technologies such as NiFi, Kafka, Elastic Stack (ELK), Solr
• Java, C++, Python, C#, Goloang and associated frameworks
• CI/CD tools: Git, Jenkins, Ansible
• Containerisation: Docker, Kubernetes
• Low-code platforms like Appian
• Linux and Windows environments
• JIRA and Confluence
